Thickened sural nerve in Hansen's disease.

Abstract
Hansen’s disease is a treatable cause of peripheral neuropathy. Diagnosis of pure neuritic leprosy is challenging due to absence of skin lesions. Ulnar and common peroneal nerves are most often involved. Despite being the most common nerve to be biopsied, presence of thickened sural nerve has been rarely reported.
