[Rubino's reaction].

Some aspects related to the Rubino's reaction are commented, viewing both a better identification of the involved elements and the arousing of the investigators interest for this test. The following aspects are discussed: 1) the influence of temperature upon the elements of the reaction; 2) Correlation between Rubino's reaction and: a) humoral alterations observed in leprosy; b) cell mediated immunity; 3) variations of the serologic reactivity; 4) prognosis value and healing criterion.
