Abstract

This article describes my journey in the last mile of elimination of leprosy among the Penan community in Sarawak, which began in 2013 when I was posted to Klinik Kesihatan Tudan in Miri Sarawak. As a native Sarawakian, I have never thought that I would encounter leprosy among the Penan nomadic tribe.
