Lepromatous leprosy with necrotic erythema nodosum leprosum complicated with adherent leucoma

Abstract

Summary Adherent leucoma presents as white plaque on the sclera. It usually occurs following trauma to the eye and attachment of a portion of the iris to the cicatrisised portion of the cornea forming a whitish plaque. We report a case of lepromatous leprosy with necrotic eythema nodosum leprosum presenting with bilateral adherent leucoma of eyes as a complication.
