Histiocytic lymphoma simulating lepromatous leprosy--a case report.

Abstract

Histiocytic lymphomas are known to begin with skin lesions and remain localised to the skin for months or years before visceral involvement becomes evident. We report a case of nodular histiocytic lymphoma with clinical features simulating lepromatous leprosy.
