A hanseníase na cidade de Barra do Garças-MT

O objetivo principal do presente trabalho é analisar os números de casos novos registrados de hanseníase na Microrregião de Saúde Garças/Araguaia e na cidade de Barra do Garças-MT. Como metodologia as quantidades de números de casos novos em escala regional 1/100 mil habitantes, foram obtidos através do SINAN/DATASUS de 2000 a 2020, e enquanto os dados do município de Barra do Garças em escala municipal de 1/10 mil habitantes são oriundos do Departamento de Vigilância à Saúde, da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Barra do Garças, (DVS/SMS/BG), que mantém os casos notificados por bairro. Após o tratamento estatístico gerouse tabelas, gráficos e mapas temáticos em ambiente de geoprocessamento com posterior análise. Na Microrregião de Saúde Garças/Araguaia, que engloba Barra do Garças e mais nove municípios, no período de 2000 a 2020, notificou-se 3.473 casos de hanseníase, com destaque para o município de Barra do Garças, sendo que este apresentou os maiores números de casos novos. Quanto a espacialização dos números de casos de hanseníase na área urbana da cidade de Barra do Garças-MT, a partir da estimativa de densidade de Kernel, visualizou-se o bairro Santo Antônio, que aparece apresentou como o maior foco de casos, onde se expressou como um local de alta densidade, os outros bairros se destacaram com valores menores

English Abstract:

The main objective of this present paper is to analyze the numbers of new registered cases of Leprosy in the Health Microregion Garças/Araguaia and in the city of Barra do Garças-MT. As a methodology, the numbers of new cases on a regional level of 1/100 thousand inhabitants were obtained through SINAN/DATASUS from 2000 to 2020, and while the data from the municipality of Barra do Garças on a municipal scale of 1/10 thousand inhabitants come from the Department of Health Surveillance, of the Municipal Health Secretary of Barra do Garças (DVS/SMS/BG), which keeps the reported cases by neighborhood. After the statistical treatment, tables, graphs and thematic maps were generated in a geoprocessing environment with subsequent analysis. In the Garças/Araguaia Health Microregion, which includes Barra do Garças and nine other municipalities, in the period from 2000 to 2020, 3,473 cases of leprosy were reported, mainly in the municipality of Barra do Garças, which presented the highest numbers of new cases. As for the spatialization of the numbers of Leprosy cases in the urban area of the city of Barra do Garças-MT, from the Kernel density estimate, the Santo Antônio neighborhood was visualized, which appears to be presented as the largest focus of cases, where it was expressed as a place of high density, the other neighborhoods stood out with lower values.
