Hanseníase: atuação do farmacêutico clínico na equipe multiprofissional

A orientação e acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico além de ser uma parte importante no tratamento, fazem parte da atenção farmacêutica que é uma grande aliada para a promoção da saúde, permitindo que o farmacêutico tenha contato direto com o paciente, com a finalidade de realizar uma farmacoterapia racional e o alcance de resultados estipulados e mensuráveis voltados para uma melhoria na vida do usuário. Tem por objetivo identificar a atuação do farmacêutico clínico como membro da equipe multiprofissional no enfrentamento da hanseníase Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica, de caráter exploratório, uma vez que se entende por pesquisa exploratória que permite uma maior familiaridade entre o pesquisador e o tema pesquisado acerca da Hanseníase e a atuação do farmacêutico clínico como membro de equipe multiprofissional. A pesquisa revelou que ao promover o uso correto de medicamentos, adesão ao tratamento, ações de educação e prevenção e a oferta de um cuidado humanizado e individualizado, o farmacêutico tem muito a contribuir na prestação da assistência integral a esse paciente com hanseníase.

The guidance and pharmacotherapeutic follow-up besides being an important part in the treatment, are part of the pharmaceutical care that is a great ally for the promotion of health, allowing the pharmacist to have direct contact with the patient, with the purpose of performing a rational pharmacotherapy and the achievement of stipulated and measurable results aimed at an improvement in the life of the user. It aims to identify the performance of the clinical pharmacist as a member of the multidisciplinary team in coping with leprosy This is a bibliographic review, of exploratory character, since it is understood by exploratory research that allows a greater familiarity between the researcher and the researched theme about leprosy and the performance of the clinical pharmacist as a member of a multidisciplinary team.The research revealed that by promoting the correct use of medications, treatment adherence, education and prevention actions and the provision of humanized and individualized care, the pharmacist has much to contribute in the provision of comprehensive care to this patient with leprosy.
