[Difficulties in demonstrating Hansen's bacillus in lesions. Analysis of a case].

In one case of leprosy, Ziehl's classic staining technic could not demonstrate the bacteriologic evidence. After using a cold-staining procedure, the Lapeyssonie and Causse technic, numerous Hansen's bacilli (B.H.) were detected in the lesions.
