Differential Diagnosis of Cutaneous Lesions of Hansen’s Disease

Several skin diseases may have lesions similar to the cutaneous manifestations of Hansen’s disease and leprosy reactions. Dermatoses which make differential diagnosis with the clinical forms of the Madrid classification of Hansen’s disease are presented: indeterminate, tuberculoid, borderline and virchowian (lepromatous).
