ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM À POPULAÇÃO PRIVADA DE LIBERDADE PORTADORA DE HANSENÍASE

This study has as its main objectives the analysis of factors related to leprosy in the population deprived of liberty and to highlight the main nursing care conducts for patients with leprosy. Therefore, a qualitative descriptive approach of the type integrative literature review (RIL) is used, that is of a method that makes it possible to synthesize the research already completed and to draw conclusions from a topic of interest (Vilela, 2010). The databases of the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Ministry of Health (MS) are also used. The health professional must take with him the awareness that regular care for leprosy patients is essential.
