The 21 International Leprosy Congress (ILC) -2022.
The International Leprosy Congress (ILC) is an important event held every 3-4 years in various parts of the world and brings together key stakeholders in the field of leprosy. At the last ILC held in Manila Philippines in 2019 the baton was handed over to India to hold the next ILC in India.
In view of the prevailing covid situation the congress will be held as a HYBRID CONGRESS with about 500-1000 physical delegates and unlimited possibility of e-delegates. There will be an opportunity for more than 100 hours of scientific deliberations. The broad outline of the Congress is as below.
Web-based Sessions: November 8th Evening -10th Evening, 2022 (Tuesday to Thursday)
Physical & Plenary Sessions: November 9th Morning -11th Evening, 2022 (Wednesday to Friday) Venue: HITEX Convention Centre, Hyderabad
• 9.00 am - 1.00 pm: Hybrid Plenary sessions with live web-feed;
• 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm: Physical Scientific Sessions in 3 halls (with limited live feed); and
• 5.00 pm – 10.00 pm: Web based Scientific Sessions hosted in 5-6 virtual halls
