Zimbabwe Charts Course to End TB and Leprosy by 2030

Zimbabwe’s fight against tuberculosis entered a decisive new chapter on Friday as health officials, implementing partners, civil society organizations and affected communities gathered at the Crown Plaza Monomotapa Hotel in Harare to validate the country’s TB and Leprosy National Strategic Plan (NSP) for 2027–2030, a blueprint that its architects hope will transform the country’s response to one of its most persistent public health challenges.
