Tuberculoid leprosy presenting as unilateral big toe drop.

Abstract
The diagnosis of leprosy is often long delayed because of the failure to recognize this entity in the absence of obvious peripheral nerve manifestations.1 This report describes the clinical and pathological findings in a 63-year old man who presented with unilateral big toe drop due to leprous involvement of the right peroneal nerve.
