[Study of microcirculation of the nail folds of leprosy]

By means of the capillaroscope of authors' ownmade the microcirculation of nail folds of 56 cases of leprosy was observed,In about 80% of the cases,morphological abnormalities in capillary loops and relatively obvious changes in blood flow pattern were found,These changes were mainly seen in the lepromatous type,and with decreasing frequency in the borderlitte and tuberculoid types.The changes of the lepromatous type in late stage appeared to be more severe than those in early stage.
