AB - <p>A dimorphous variant of leprosy in a male from Cuba, 33 years of age, is reported in this paper. The case was characterised by granulomatous epithelioid cell reaction and histiocytic reaction with so-called Virchow cells, as established by lymph node biopsy. The histopathological findings are described, and their relations to immunity are discussed.</p>
