AB - <p>The leprosy is a chronic illness caused by M. leprae, which affects mucosa mainly at the level of the nasal region. The important destruction of the bone produces the facies leonina. We present the case of a patient with nasal leprosy, describing the clinical characteristics and the diagnostic and therapeutic methods that were carried out on her.</p>
