AB - <p>Although oral lesions in leprosy are common, they are mostly described in the late stages of lepromatous pole. As there are very few studies discussing the oral findings in leprosy, involvement of oral mucosa as the only manifestation of leprosy often goes misdiagnosed. Here we are reporting a case of tuberculoid leprosy presenting as chronic lip swelling.</p>
