The present empirical Study is done on A Comparative study on psychological aspect of Leprosypatients before occurrence and after medical check-up of Leprosy in Leprosy Mission Hospital, Allahabad. The broad objective of the study is to check the psychological aspect of leprosy patients before occurrence and after medical treatment. And to also check whether is there any significant difference between before and after treatment regarding the various factors such as mental stress, previous perception about leprosy, family mental support, behaviour change to other person. In order to gather the primary data, field observation & structured questionnaire survey methods were applied. In addition the information was also collected through discussion & interview with the 60 patients. The study reveals that there is no significant difference between before occurrence and after medical check-up of Leprosy.
