AB - <p>Thalidomide is found effective and useful in cases of lepromatous ENL in Corticosteroid dependent cases which had been on treatment with dapsone and lamprene. But eventually due to recurrence these cases had to be put back on steroids because of easier availability. Cases of neuritis responded much more satisfactorily and there was no change in the muscle deficity before or after treatment with thalidomide.</p>
