AB - <p>A case of tuberculoid leprosy with complete depigmentation on its active margins, in a predisposed individual to vitiligo is presented. The postulated mechanism of hypopigmentation vis-a-vis leprosy lesions is discussed in brief in the context of the presenting unusual association.</p>
