AB - <p>In 1981 we observed two cases of leprosy in Salzburg. The two Vietnamese refugees already had advanced borderline disease. Treatment with dapsone resulted in clearing of the skin in both cases. One of the patients developed a leprosy reaction during treatment.</p>
