AB - <p>A study to assess the evolution of the disease in non-lepromatous group, who have taken no treatment in a six year period 1970-1975, was undertaken. Among the 714 patients who did not take treatment, only 432 cases (60.5%) could be examined. The majority of these patients (425) had single lesions. The study revealed that nearly 74% of these "N" patients became self-healed.</p>
