AB - <p>Two cases of lepromatous leprosy are presented with heart disease, one with cardiomegaly and the other with ischaemic heart disease. It is very difficult to say whether heart disease was due to any other cause associated with leprosy or due to leprous affection of myocardium. As there are no references in the literature regarding these, two cases are presented as problem cases.</p>
