AB - <p>Fifteen untreated leprosy patients were given rifampicin and dapsone for seven days, and then rifampicin, dapsone and clofazimine for seven days. Concentrations of rifampicin and dapsone were estimated in timed plasma specimens and in 24 h urine specimens on days 7 and 14. No significant differences in the pharmacokinetics of rifampicin and dapsone were observed between the two occasions of sampling.</p>
