AB - <p>Trophic ulcers over both feet in a 24 years old male were initially diagnosed as of leprous etiology. However detailed investigations revealed spina bifida and lipomeningocoele over sacral region. Importance of thorough neurological investigations in such cases is stressed to avoid mis-diagnosis of leprosy.</p>
