Besides that, silent neuropathy can be detected in electroneuromyography without skin lesions, neurologic symptoms, or nerve enlargement. This chapter summarizes in a simplistic way the abnormalities that guide neurophysiological definitions associated to this disease and some of the challenges in interpreting these findings.</p>
