Although visceral damage occurs rarely, similar skin and kidney histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings indicate that this organ is a target for type IV cell-mediated dapsone reaction. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of renal hypersensitivity vasculitis associated with dapsone.</p>  a1523-6838
