On clinical examination a diagnosis of Hansen’s disease was made and was confirmed on slit skin smear. The palatal perforation healed on treatment with multi-drug therapy for leprosy (MDT-MB). This case is being reported for rarity of mucosal lesions in this era of multi drug treatment of leprosy.
