Knowledge, attitude and leprosy service delivery by them were studied before and after training. There was an improvement in all the three components after training. However, improvement was also seen in the control group as well. Possible reasons for this are discussed. Improper selection of the area and an inadequate methodology were the identified drawbacks of the study.</p>  a0254-9395
