The authors review the various aspects of corneal changes in leprosy: -- paralytic and non specific changes in trigeminal paralysis; -- direct and specific changes: opacification of corneal nerves, a vascular keratitis, corneal leproma, disorders of the vascularisation either by pannus or by interstitial vascularisation.
