Concentrations of rifampicin and dapsone were estimated in timed plasma specimens and in 24 h urine specimens on days 7 and 14. No significant differences in the pharmacokinetics of rifampicin and dapsone were observed between the two occasions of sampling.</p>  a0305-7453
