  abstract = {<p>We describe a 16-year-old Filipino boy who presented with skin lesions highly suggestive of lepromatous leprosy, but further assessment established a diagnosis of malignant T-cell lymphoma. This case emphasizes the extensive differential diagnosis of leprosy, as well as the importance of obtaining skin biopsies for diagnostic confirmation.</p>},
