  abstract = {<p>A patient on systemic steroid therapy developed a cutaneous papule while histologically resembled lepromatous leprosy. Cultures of this lesion grew Mycobacterium avium. Since there was no evidence of disseminated infection the lesion was excised and the patient continues to do well.</p>},
