  abstract = {<p>We studied 51 paucibacillary patients who had relapsed after cessation of dapsone monotherapy. Among the 51 relapses, the lepromin-negative group had a significantly higher risk of relapsing with multibacillary leprosy compared with the lepromin-positive group of patients. The significance of these findings is discussed.</p>},
