A 43-year-old man presented with decreased sensation over both hands and feet for the past 3 years. Multiple asymptomatic, skin-colored, raised papules were also present on his body for the last 4 months. The patient had no systemic complaints and was on medication. Mucocutaneous examination demonstrated multiple non-tender, skin-colored, firm, shiny papules over the trunk and extensor forearms (Figures 1 and 2).
